The village of Cranleigh is plagued by cyclists, at near biblical levels. These are the rules for you, the Keeper of Cranleigh (known hereon in as the KOC) of how to keep fellow sufferers updated on the Cranleigh Community Board (on facebook and known hereon in as the CCB).
While this is inspired for the community of Cranleigh, this can be applied to any broadminded village that suffers from those in Lycra.

Rule 5: Don't forget Rule 1
No matter how reasonable a lycra-sympathiser may be on the CCB, they still respresent the tight-side and their views should be dismissed out of hand as pure folly.
