The village of Cranleigh is plagued by cyclists, at near biblical levels. These are the rules for you, the Keeper of Cranleigh (known hereon in as the KOC) of how to keep fellow sufferers updated on the Cranleigh Community Board (on facebook and known hereon in as the CCB). While this is inspired for the community of Cranleigh, this can be applied to any broadminded village that suffers from those in Lycra. Any suggestions for new rules can be sent to cranlinati@gmail.com.

Rule 4: The formation
The true extent of the callousness of any cyclist is how many abreast they chose to cycle in. This must be quantified in all sightings. The formula for reporting to the CCB is n+1, where n is the number of actual cyclists present regardless of formation. Thus, a pair of cyclists riding single file should be reported as three abreast.
